Since 2006, spins & needles has welcomed individuals and groups of all creative talents to this monthly introductory silkscreening workshop.

Want to learn a new artistic or design technique? Feel like DIY-ing it instead of buying it? Looking for the perfect customized item that you can't find anywhere else? Tried to silkscreen and it didn't turn out exactly right? Want to know how to set up a silkscreening studio at home? Need to find an original gift for someone who has it all? Looking for a fun way to bring a group together creatively, including office retreats or bridal/baby showers? Then this is the workshop for you!

In a few hours, you'll learn all the things you need to know to start silkscreening, be it at home or in a studio. By the end of the workshop, you'll come out with lots of new and wonderful printed items (and we mean *lots*!)

HERE'S WHAT PAST WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS HAVE SAID:

"I think it was all really so great! I liked that we got to meet people as well as learn. It is so great that it is hands-on!!"

"The features of the workshop that I liked were that the directions were really clear and helpful. The course didn't make everything sound complicated which before the workshop I thought it was."

"I thought the hands-on DIY aspect ws great, much more informative than other methods could have been. I thought the workshop was really great and I am so glad I came! I'm really excited about what I learned and I cam't wait to do this at home. I would recommend it to friends."

"This workshop changed the way I look at my photography practice and how I can combine the two practices."
