We had a blast at spins & needles 4-year anniversary party in Ottawa at the National Gallery of Canada last Thursday February 12th. Thanks to everyone who came out! It was an amazing time.
It was an amazing sight seeing people pose for their own paint-by-number self-portraits, building Blinkybugs (Robot Light Creatures), typing up and collaging DIY Valentines, and baking Shrinky Dinks (our secret surprise fourth craft). The bundt cakes were also quickly eaten up!
Many people loved the Blinkybugs project. We were fortunate to come across this project while participating at Maker Faire last year in Austin, Texas.
