We are superexcited because the original pop culture DIY-er is apparently heading to the big screen! That’s right, MacGyver will soon be in a movie theatre near you.

You know you’re a part of pop culture when a dictionary makes your name a verb (think: to Google). Merriam-Webster added “MacGyverize,” a verb meaning “to practically apply scientific or engineering knowledge in the inventive use of common items,” and “MacGyverism,” a noun meaning “any act or invention characterized by a creative use of objects at hand.”
We can’t wait to see how this movie turns out!
